Terms & Conditions
These are the terms on which we make this website available to you. They cover the website itself — not the work we do for clients, which runs on a signed contract instead.
Last updated: 21 August 2026
Read the site, get in touch, use what you learn. Don’t attack it, scrape it wholesale or pass our work off as yours. Nothing here is a quote, a contract or professional advice — if you want us to build something, we’ll write that down properly and both sign it.
Who these terms are from
This website is operated by Evonetics Technologies (“Evonetics”, “we”, “us”), a software engineering and technology consultancy based in Kochi, India.
Registered address: 4E, MYS Highland, Kakkanad, Kochi – 682021, Kerala, India.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site — that is the only consequence, and there is nothing to cancel or delete.
What this website is
It is an information site. It describes who we are, the services we offer, the industries we work in and how to reach us, and it gives you a form for starting a conversation.
Everything on it is provided for general information. Nothing on this website is an offer, a quotation, a commitment to deliver, or professional advice on which you should act without talking to us first. Prices, timelines and scope for real work are agreed in writing, case by case.
Client work is governed elsewhere
If you engage us, that engagement is governed by the contract, statement of work and any related agreement we sign with you — not by this page. Where those documents and these terms disagree about anything to do with your project, those documents win.
Sending us an enquiry through this website, by email or by phone does not create a contract, a retainer or a professional relationship. It starts a conversation.
How you may use the site
You are welcome to read this site, print or save pages for your own reference, and share links to it. In return, please do not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its administration area, its server, or any account or data on it;
- interfere with the site’s availability — no denial of service, no flooding the contact form, no attempt to circumvent the rate limit that protects it;
- scrape, harvest or systematically copy the site’s content, or use automated means to collect information from it, without our written permission;
- use the site to send anything unlawful, defamatory, misleading or malicious, including through the contact form;
- misrepresent yourself, or imply an association or endorsement between you and Evonetics that does not exist.
We may restrict access to the site, or to the contact form, where we reasonably believe one of these is happening.
Our intellectual property
The content of this website — its text, design, layout, graphics, logos and the Evonetics name and mark — belongs to us or is used by us with permission, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.
Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link back is fine. Reproducing substantial parts of the site, or using our name, logo or branding, needs our written permission first.
Third-party names and logos that appear here — the technologies listed on our stack, for instance — belong to their respective owners and are shown to describe what we work with, not to claim any affiliation with or endorsement by them.
What you send us
When you submit the contact form, or email us a job application, you confirm that what you send is accurate, is yours to send, and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
We treat enquiries as confidential in the ordinary commercial sense, and we use them only to reply to you and to assess whether we can help. Please do not send us confidential or sensitive material through this website — an unsolicited enquiry is not covered by a non-disclosure agreement. If your project needs one, say so and we will sign one before you send us anything substantive.
How we handle the personal data in what you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Links to other sites
This site links out to places we do not control, such as our GitHub profile. We include those links because we think they are useful, but we are not responsible for the content, the availability or the privacy practices of anything on the other side of them.
You may link to this website, provided you do so in a way that is fair and does not suggest an endorsement or association that does not exist. Please do not frame this site inside another.
Availability, and no warranty
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise either. It is provided “as is”. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice — and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful.
Content can also go out of date. Where a page describes our services, capabilities or the technologies we use, it describes them at the time of writing.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude the implied warranties and conditions that would otherwise apply to your use of this website.
Our liability
We are not liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — this website, or from relying on anything published on it.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Our liability under a client contract is governed by that contract, not by this section.
Privacy
What personal data this site collects, why, who else sees it and what you can ask us to do about it are all set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
The short version: this site runs no analytics and no tracking, sets no cookies for ordinary visitors, and never writes a contact form submission to a database.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kochi, Kerala, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of them stay in force.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and the version published here is the one that applies to your use of the site from that point on.
These terms were last updated on 21 August 2026.
